Chips with everything

Chips with Everything

Curry and Chips
Takeaway
Fish and Chips
When the Chips are down
I make light of life
Chips thrown on the wheel
How my luck changes

British values and traditions
The refugees delve into the
waters of the deep unknown
The red sun of the country
Equates to the rude urban land-scape
It is their freedom

I wonder if God likes Chips
Is there such a thing as evil Chips
I am a chip off the old block
I think I prefer Jacket potato
But then I like Chipolatas
To the left
My old teacher Mr Chips

Swan lake

A most beautiful photograph by the talented Amoy... Amoy peña:

The Burma Star

The Burma Star

Unevenly described
The bomb that dividend dropped
It means to those
The solace of the mind
The hubris of the heart
Killing for what is deceived

Still alive
Proud lads gents and women
The dynamite twelve
Are they free to forgive
I occasion say
Men who serve die as well
they can

Tell her home
What I am thinking
The rye and rice of the
preponderance train of thought

Evenly expressed
The Burma Star

That constant sunlight brings

Luke, Susan and Avril

Luke, Susan and Avril

I remember Luke being so huge
he could not fit into his trousers
And here I am on a diet

I remember Susan for her
fancy dress
And here I am modeling swimwear

I remember Avril for her ballet
dancing
And here I am in limbo

My friends of old form a
pattern
They are fondly remembered
Which is the best thing as I

make new friends
